What we offer
15-minute Phone Consultation
Prior to scheduling your initial assessment, we are happy to provide a brief phone call to discuss our approach and help you determine whether Evergreen is right for you.
Individual Therapy
During your individual sessions, you and your therapist will work together to determine areas of your life that might benefit from change. Therapy is a way you can work to overcome obstacles to well-being and increase positive feelings such as compassion and self-esteem. You may use this time to improve your coping and communication skills, improve decision-making abilities, and work towards your goals. Therapy is an excellent way to work through any traumatic experiences and increase intention and self-awareness.
Parent Support
Parent support sessions are available to those whose children are receiving services at Evergreen. This is a time for you to process the challenges of parenting in a supportive environment, and take away some ideas of how to feel better in your daily family life.
EMDR
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) is a structured therapy that allows for brief focus on the traumatic memory while experiencing bilateral stimulation, such as rapid eye movement. You can think of this as a way of simulating the processing that happens during sleep. This intervention is associated with reduced intensity of the trauma memories. EMDR is an evidence-based psychotherapy method shown to help people recover from trauma and PTSD symptoms.
Couples Therapy
Our couples therapy approach integrates three evidence-informed frameworks—Relational Self-Awareness, Attachment Theory, and The Gottman Method—to help partners build a connected, resilient relationship. Relational Self-Awareness encourages individuals to explore how their personal histories shape their patterns in love and conflict, fostering accountability and reflection. Attachment Theory offers insight into emotional triggers and bonding styles, helping couples navigate needs and fears more compassionately. The Gottman Method provides research-backed tools to manage conflict, repair disconnection, and strengthen connection. Together, these approaches support couples in moving from disconnection to emotional safety, mutual understanding, and intentional love.
